““Needed a masonry opening for a new bi-fold door installation in our kitchen. Very happy with the quote from Owen of O&E. When Owen visited, he pointed out a number of things which other builders had not mentioned. As such, I decided to go with Owen for the job. During the job there were complications with the structural engineer (a separate company) needing to revise their initial drawings based on the structure of the wall. Owen was chasing them on a regular basis to obtain the necessary plans to move forward. We now have our bi-fold doors in place and am very happy ll went according to plan.
